Planning drone coverage with your wedding photographer

Drone photographs can add the venue and its surroundings to the story of a wedding. The most useful coverage is planned alongside your photographer rather than added to an already full timetable.

Check the venue first

Share the venue address and ask the venue team about their arrangements for drone operators. Space, neighbouring activity, airspace and permissions affect what may be possible.

Choose a realistic shot list

Discuss the venue views and group photographs you would like. Build time into the day and coordinate with your photographer so aerial coverage complements their work.

Allow for weather and quiet moments

Drone noise can interrupt vows and speeches. Plan suitable outdoor times and discuss what happens if weather or conditions prevent flying.

Check availability

Send your date and venue through our wedding enquiry form. We will discuss photographs, video and the proposed coverage.
